Training & Certification
The THW Alliance provides information about local and statewide THW training and helps connect people to these resources. We also support and track the development and availability of culturally-specific THW training. In addition, the Alliance is poised to help trained THWs and organizations navigate the THW certification process through the Office of Equity and Inclusion at the Oregon Health Authority.

THW Mentorship & Wellbeing
The THW Alliance offers mentorship and wellbeing support for the THW workforce. The goal is to fully support the welfare of THWs at the ground-level.
